Off Centre services

Counselling, therapy, advice & info for young people 

Off Centre is a counselling, therapy, advice and psychosocial service for young people aged between 11 and 25 who live, work or study in Hackney. Our services are free, confidential and aimed at supporting Hackney’s young people to have greater control over their lives. We support people with all kinds of emotional and practical issues including:

sexuality  |  bereavement violence  |  depression  |  accommodation  |  college  |  stress
abuse  |  family breakdown  |  self-harm  |  anger  |  neglect  |  identity  and more


Where to get help when we are closed:

  • If it is an emergency and you need urgent help call 999 or go to A&E at Homerton Hospital
